Which American Freedom Are You?

You got: Freedom Of Speech

Freedom of speech gives us the right to speak our minds, even if other people don’t like what we have to say. We are each entitled to our opinions. So say it loud and say it proud!

You got: Freedom Of Assembly

Freedom of assembly is the right or ability to come together and collectively express, promote, pursue, and defend ideas. It is this right that allows marches, protests, and demonstrations for causes that we believe in. If you have something to say, you don’t have to say it alone.

You got: The Right To Private Property

The right to private property allows us to have places and things that are ours, and ours alone. This right allows us to have our own place in the world, a place where we can feel safe and comfortable. This right helps make a house a home.

You got: The Right To Bear Arms

The Second Amendment provides us with the right to keep and bear arms. This right offers us a means to ensure our safety and security, a right so important that the founding fathers made it second in our Bill Of Rights.

You got: Freedom From Cruel And Unusual Punishment

This right is very important, because it ensures that even if we enter into the justice system, we still have rights. Even when we make mistakes, we are still entitled to our humanity, and fair treatment from the system.

You got: Freedom From Unreasonable Searches

The Fourth Amendment prohibits unreasonable searches and seizures and requires a probable cause to be subject to investigation. This right protects us from abuses by the law enforcement system, and from being unfairly targeted.

You got: The Right To A Fair Trial

This right works to ensure that we will be treated fairly and equally if we enter into the justice system. We are given an opportunity to defend ourselves and have our side be heard.

You got: The Right To Other Freedoms

The Ninth Amendment says that we have rights beyond just those listed in the Constitution. The world is constantly changing, so our interpretations of our rights must also change. This right helps ensure that we will always have our proper freedoms.

You got: Freedom Of Religion

This right gives us the freedom to practice whatever system of beliefs we choose. There are so many different views about the world and how it works, and we have the freedom to believe and worship in our own way.
