What Fitness Class Should You Take?

You got: Yoga

Yoga isn’t just great for the body, but the mind and soul, too. There’s no requirement to wear those tight pants, so go for it!

You got: Pilates

Deceivingly tough, pilates works on strengthening muscles without bulking you up.

You got: Zumba

Why not!? It’s so fun to dance your cares away to Latin rhythms and world beats.

You got: Crossfit

You’re intense, so your fitness class should be, too. Crossfit isn’t only training; there are local and national competitions as well. Go get ’em.

You got: Spinning

If you’re worried about your coordination, this is the place to be. This bike is stationary, but the class is still full of music and an exciting ride.

You got: Step

It’s not just walking up to your apartment. If you like choreographed stepping and kicking, here you go. Plus, the sound of feet hitting at the same time makes a nice rhythm.

You got: Jazzercise

Before every other fitness class, there was Jazzercise. You get to dance, do yoga, kick box, and have fun. Of course it’s still around.

You got: PiYo

It’s Pilates. It’s Yoga. It’s PiYo! Flexibility and strength training all wrapped up into one class, plus you’ll learn some pretty athletic moves.

You got: P90x

If you like to lift weights and yourself, this is for you. You’ll take your confidence, and possibly your abs, to the next level.

You got: Insanity

The name says it all. You’ll lose countless calories, buckets of sweat, and possibly your mind. But, hey, you’re kind of into that.
